About Us
Save The Quest Foundation
How we STARTED
Save The Quest was founded by a group of young college students with a shared belief that equitable access to education is a fundamental pathway to dignity, participation and opportunity for all.
Our journey began in January 2013 with Eye Quest, an initiative focused on supporting students with visual disabilities through volunteer-led academic assistance. Volunteers supported students as scribes and tutors, assisted with assignments and helped convert learning materials into accessible audio formats. What began as a grassroots effort to address immediate educational barriers gradually evolved into a broader commitment towards inclusive education, disability inclusion, accessibility and community engagement.
Today, Save The Quest works through education and inclusion programmes, volunteer-led interventions, accessibility initiatives and institutional partnerships to strengthen opportunities for persons with disabilities and underserved communities. Our approach is rooted in the belief that every individual should have the opportunity to realise their abilities, aspirations and potential and should not be limited by disability, socioeconomic circumstances or social barriers.
Save The Quest is a charitable trust registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, Section 60, bearing Registration No. 822. Headquartered in New Delhi, the organisation holds registration under Section 12A, approval under Section 80G and registration on the NITI Aayog NGO Darpan portal.

Our Vision
We envision an inclusive and equitable education ecosystem where disability, poverty or social disadvantage does not determine a person’s access to learning, participation or opportunity.
We believe education is not limited to academic achievement or examination outcomes. It is a means of building confidence, capabilities, life skills, values, independence and meaningful participation in society.
Our vision is to contribute to an education system that is inclusive, accessible, learner-centred, responsive and adaptable to diverse needs. We seek to reduce structural and social barriers that limit access to education and enable children and young people, particularly persons with disabilities and those from underserved communities, to realise their potential and participate equally in social and economic life.

Our Mission
We work towards identifying and addressing the educational, social and accessibility barriers that affect the learning and development of persons with disabilities and underserved communities.
Through education programmes, volunteer networks, accessible learning resources, skill development, institutional partnerships and community-based interventions, we facilitate access to learning opportunities, support systems, rehabilitation services, livelihood pathways and greater independence.
Our mission is to strengthen the ability of individuals and communities to access education, exercise their rights, participate meaningfully and lead lives of dignity, choice and independence.
